Nicholas & Tomasevic, LLP is pleased to announce that Judge Jinsook Ohta of the Southern District of California recently granted preliminary approval of the hard-fought settlement reached with Flowers Foods to resolve the claims of the certified class of Distributors in the Ludlow v. Flowers Foods, et al. matter. Class notices are being mailed to all eligible class members who did not opt out of this case and to all those who opted in to the federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) part of the case.
