Craig M. Nicholas is the founding partner of Nicholas & Tomasevic LLP. Mr. Nicholas represents some of the largest companies in San Diego County and multi-national corporations in business litigation matters. He also focuses on consumer, employment and shareholder class actions.
Alex Tomasevic is a partner at Nicholas & Tomasevic, LLP. He began litigating with the firm in 2006. His practice areas include consumer and employment class actions, business and employment litigation, arbitration, and appeals.
Shaun Markley represents both defendants and plaintiffs in complex class actions, employment cases, insurance coverage claims, and business disputes. He graduated in the top third of his class from The Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law.
Jake Schulte focuses his practice on the business litigation and class action matters. In 2009, Jake received his B.B.A. from the University of San Diego. In 2013, Jake earned his J.D. from California Western School of Law.
