Jordan Belcastro joined Nicholas & Tomasevic as an Associate Attorney in 2022. As an experienced attorney with a practice area in labor and employment law, Jordan has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in the private and public sectors. With a deep understanding of the legal landscape, Jordan has successfully advocated for clients in a wide range of matters, including discrimination claims and wage and hour disputes. Jordan is licensed to practice law in both the states of California and Ohio.

Before joining Nicholas & Tomasevic, Jordan was an Associate with Currier & Hudson APC in San Diego, California. Focusing on education and labor and employment law, Jordan represented the State’s largest public educational institutions in matters including workplace investigations, labor relations, and discrimination claims before the California Department of Fair Housing and Employment and U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Jordan received his J.D. from The Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law. While at Moritz, Jordan was a Managing Editor on the Ohio State Law Journal. He received his undergraduate degree from Trinity Christian College, majoring in Political Science.
