For more than 17 years, Mr. Frayne has devoted his practice to the defense of companies in litigation. Mr. Frayne has successfully represented a wide array of manufacturers, distributors, contractors and premises owners in an array of litigation fields. His practice has involved all phases of litigation from case inception through discovery, trial and appeal. Mr. Frayne has a particular record of success in pre-trial motion practice, often limiting issues at trial or disposing of matters altogether through successful dispositive motions.
Mr. Frayne earned his B.A., cum laude, from Yale University in 1991, where he was a Starr Foundation Scholarship recipient. He received his J.D. from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1995, where he was awarded a Dean’s Achievement Award Scholarship. During law school, Mr. Frayne served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Gordon T. Alley of the Pima County Superior Court and served as an extern-prosecutor with the Pima County Attorney’s Office.
Mr. Frayne is admitted to practice before all of the trial and appellate courts of the State of California, and the United States District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of California. He is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
